The roleIn 2021 I joined Zapp, a digital platform for convenience delivery, as a copywriter and UI designer. While there, I was responsible for writing compelling copy for flyers, newsletters, brand activations and in-app creatives. I helped effectively communicating CTAs and enhancing overall campaign effectiveness.
As a designer I made sure to deliver
visually engaging in-app buttons and banners, optimizing user experience and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. I’ve been involved in multichannel campaigns, on-site brand activations and promotional items to drive user engagement and brand visibility across various touchpoints.
